1. Product Design Development and Supplier Quality Management
The Development Division targets system-level solutions that include

A. Mechanical design covering mechanism design, optical design, thermal design,
B. Electrical design covering integrated ICs modules - Power Management, Motor Controller, 2.4G Wireless,
C. Boxware design covering packaging design ( for transportation and storage ) and
D. Consulting services on product certification ( Rohs, CE, FCC, UL, E-mark, ATEX ).

2. Precision Mold Manufacturing and Components & Module Manufacturing
The Manufacturing Division targets on high precision technological components and module solution

A. Inhouse Tooling division provides services in design and fabrication of plastics injection mold (includes precision gear molds, unscrew mold, insert molding & overmolding molds). High pressure injection Die Casting Molds for Al and Zn ( cold chamber and hot chamber ).
B. Inhouse Manufacturing division is ISO certified producing part in various OEM needs ( Industrial handheld, Optic Lens, Automotive connectors, Medical Syringe ).

Focusing on total product solution, our lean design and lean manufacturing approach had enable our customers to launch a products quickly and cost effectively. Our comprehensive Product Reliability Test Setup assures you of the " Quality " standard of products being designed and manufactured.
